On Sunday 11th of March with yoga instructor Banu Cadirdi we did yoga and meditation at Cihangir Sports Club. Banu Cadirci showed us how to relax painful parts of our body. She taught us how to combine our movements with our breathing and show us some basic yoga positions which we can easily do at home by ourselves.
